AS Tallinna Vesi (ASTV) Customer mobile application allows ASTV contractual customers or their representatives to use Web Self Service functions in mobile device.
Initial version functionality is limited to reporting readings and viewing consumption history. Next iterations will add functionality based on customer's feedback.
To use application, you need to have account in ASTV Web Self Service and you must be ASTV contractual customer or representative of contractual customer.
To connect your mobile device to your contractual account you need to enter your ID code (Estonian Social Security No). After that application will ask you for authentication code. You can get authentication code if you log in to ASTV Web Self Service and choose menu "Mobile Device access".
Alternatively, you can use Estonian National Mobile ID to sign in to application.
